Guide to using Partner Prices on the Pharmalp e-shop

For healthcare professionals

Who can benefit from Partner Prices?

Partner Prices are exclusively reserved for:

Approved therapists and physicians
Currently practising
With deliveries to Switzerland only.

A discount is applied to the public price (excl. VAT), excluding special offers, duo packs, bundles, sets, etc.

These rates help simplify your recommendations by allowing you to order directly from our e-shop.

How to request access to your Partner Prices?

To obtain access, simply submit a request:

Via the “Pro Area” tab → “Partner Prices (Sign up)” on our website,

Review of your request

Your request is processed within a maximum of 4 working days; in most cases, we respond within 48 hours.
(Except during e-shop closure periods indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.)

You will then receive:

Either a confirmation email with an account activation link
Or a refusal email if we are unable to verify your professional activity

In case of refusal, you can of course write to us at:

We will be happy to review your request again (with a few additional details from you).

💡 Important:
While waiting for the email, you can already view the preferential prices and place an order. However, your order will only be validated once your account is activated. Remember to check your spam folder too—these emails sometimes like to hide there…

Your account area on the e-shop

Once your partner account has been created and activated, you can access your area either by clicking the “person” icon at the top right of the navigation bar, or by going to the “PRO AREA” tab and selecting the sub-tab “Partner Prices (Log in)”.

In your account area, you can:

View your personal details and order history
Under the “Addresses” tab: edit your delivery and billing addresses
Under the “Account details” tab: change your password

Display of Partner Prices

Once logged in with your partner account:

The prices displayed are your discounted prices (incl. VAT)
The public price is crossed out
In your cart you will see only the discounted price (incl. VAT)

As long as you remain logged in with your partner account, your discounted prices will always be displayed, regardless of how you browse the website.

Shipping fees

Order ≥ CHF 100 (incl. VAT): free shipping
Order < CHF 100 (incl. VAT):

Standard shipping (economy): CHF 7
Priority shipping: + CHF 2 surcharge

Payment methods

Payment for your order can be made using the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
TWINT
Payment by invoice

If you choose payment by invoice, your order will only be processed once payment has been received. This payment method may therefore result in additional processing time.

As the invoice is prepared and sent manually after the order is placed, it is sent exclusively on business days, namely from Monday to Friday.
